It has been directed that I perform all basic security training by each department - then the employees can take individual courses as they wish. How would I do this?

  Thanks - We are asked to train department employees at one time. So they would physically sit in a room and review the training video at a specific time. I suppose if there are any questions to answer, they can work together to answer them.
