Since we send out user training 5-6 times/ year, we keep it brief. I really liked the content of this module, but I have issue with the answer to one of the followup questions.The question asks what you should do when you receive an email from your CEO asking you to wire money... you should forward to your IT dept...reply and ask if this is legit...or call the CEO directly to ask if this was legit.
The correct answer is "Call the CEO directly"... I cannot be the only one who thinks this is a bad idea?! Our company is about 2,500 in size and we would not want all employees to think they could call the CEO directly. I would think the best of the offered choices would be to forward to IT.
