Selecting smart groups option for all reports

We would like to see the smart groups' selection option available in ANY report and not just a few. The manual search for the smart groups in the list of all other (AD) groups takes a lot of time each time. The option is already available for a particular report - so why not make it available for any type of report where you need to select groups?
