Organizing questionnaires

A better way of organizing questionnaires is made in KCM GRC. We make several for one department and one or two for another. It is sometimes hard to rely on the title, so organizing the questionnaires into folders would be nice. So, making folders for a specific department and vendor that will allow us to input the questionnaires into that folder.
