Feature request : manager notification acknowledgement

Requesting a feature where if a manager is notified that their employee has failed a phishing exercise, that the manager can somehow acknowledge that they have followed up with the employee to provide additional training, feedback etc.

I don't know exactly how that would look. Maybe a link in the email notification that they can click on and then the results are reportable.
