Feature Request: Global Managed Training Campaign modifications while campaigns are in progressAnswered
Good afternoon! We love Global managed phishing campaigns. We use one campaign to manage all of our customers who don't have any custom requirements. We add/remove customers at will. So simple to manage. We were very excited when we heard that Global managed training was being rolled out! We had been waiting for that day for a long, long time.
Global managed training campaigns are a great idea when you manage hundreds of customers. However, as they function right now, we are unable to use them in a way that makes sense to us, because once a campaign starts, we cannot add or remove customers. Because of this, they have continued to be the stuff of dreams for us, and we do not use them.
Our suggestion is to add the ability to opt into being able to modify a global managed training campaign, even if it is just an ability to add or remove customers, once it has started. Perhaps having a checkbox (per campaign) which turns on the ability to modify? This could, at the same time, acknowledge an understanding that adding/removing customers, or making other changes, in an in progress global training campaign may cause reporting inaccuracies. We are OK with this.
