Specific Emails to Targeted Individuals in Bigger Campaign

I hope this doesn't sound too confusing, but I would like to see a feature where instead of sending Template A and Template B to my groups or Random Templates to my groups, I'd like the ability to pick and choose who gets which template. For big campaigns that get sent out to my different banks, there are a lot of different people in various departments that I'd like to send a personalized template to.

As of now, I send out a few different emails that look like they come from certain individuals in our HR Department, but I can only control the fact that those emails are being sent out so while some people fall for it, individuals in our HR Department seemingly receive an email from themselves.

I think a targeted template feature would be pretty useful.
