Complete training notification to specific group rather than admin
Answeredbe good if when setting up a training campaign you could setup the course completeness email notifications to go to someone other than the management, user or knowbe4 admin.
in our example this would be the company training team that we could put in a knowbe4 user group.

I am a reseller and also have requests to send admin/manager notifications to more than 1 person at a client.
Solution: Have your tech people create an email distribution group using the approved domain that includes those that need notification. Enter the name of the email group as a user then designate that name as manager or admin.
I used first name:Training, last name: Managers and trainingmanagers@xxxx.com

Hi Ted,
Thank you for your input. I have submitted this request to our Development team for review. In the meantime, it seems as though you have found a resolution to your request. You can send manual training notifications to anyone enrolled into a training campaign. We do base a lot of our development on customer feedback so we appreciate your input.
Thanks again!

Hi Russell,
As you are correct, adding an email distribution group as a "user" would use a license seat, this may not be too much of an issue since we offer soft licensing and your maximum user amount is a "soft cap." This article explains further.
Also, you may want to join our customer forum, Hackbusters, for great tips from KB4 customers and team members!
Thank you!
