Bounced email details
AnsweredOn the dashboard it shows how many emails have been delivered and bounced. Unfortunately there is no detail or list of users whose email was bounced. If we could dig down into the bounced email rather than trying to guess what user it would be helpful.

Hi Ryan,
Thank you for your input! In your console, under your campaign/test reporting, you can actually see which emails were bounced, the associated bounce reasons/codes, and which users these emails were intended for.
You can view this information in your account by navigating to the "Phishing" section, then selecting the "Campaigns" sub-tab, clicking the campaign title for which you want to view reports, select the "User" sub tab, and then clicking the "Bounced" toggle button (if there is a number displayed under "Bounced"). Here you would see the user intended for delivery, the bounce reason(s), and the actual email they were set to receive.

It would be great if we could have KnowBe4 retry bounced emails. In my case, bounced emails are usually the result of our IT department forgetting to add new employees into our external email filtering system. After I see the bounce and report it, they quickly correct the problem, so it would be great if I could retry the message and have it counted in the original campaign.

Thank you for your input. I have submitted a feature request to our Development Team on your behalf regarding the option for a retry/resend button for phishing security test emails that have bounced.
We base a lot of our development on customer feedback so we do appreciate your input. Feel free to share any other ideas you may have.

+1!!! My baseline run is being effected and will not complete half of the baseline test with out this option ASAP! I wont get a second run at a baseline..... Ticket created also this issue has been open 3+ years.... come on DEV! Simple code carry over from the training resend button, or a time stamp reset will work.

Chiming in to this thread to add another vote for a re-send button for bounced emails. Really need something like this for when there's an issue in the middle of a campaign and a number of users (small or large) don't get the email. Really surprised this hasn't been implemented yet given how old the original feature request is!

Still would be a nice feature. Add another "+1" please!
Background: Today I added a sender block list entry to protect against live phishing/malware attempts and it unexpectedly overrode the policy safe list I had for KB4. Pretty annoying to have to create a whole new campaign to ensure everyone is tested the same amount.

Thank you for posting! We don't have an update at this time, but I have gone forward with adding you as a +1 to this feature request. Here's hoping that this retry option is available soon, as this really would help avoid supplemental campaigns to ensure everyone is tested the same amount.
