Read only accessCompleted
It would be great to be able to provide read only access to our customers. As an MSP we manage the campaign and training delivery and the rich reporting capabilities within the platform would benefit our customers enormously but we do not want to give full access for all customers to fully manage their own campaigns.
I am following up on your feature request regarding read only for your customers. We have released a 'Security Roles' feature that will allow you to give a group in the customers console read only access to the various tab located within the console. You would then need to add the users to the group that you want to have this access and ensure that the only administrator is an account you have access to, rather than giving your customers administrator access to the console.
