I've been playing around with the Smart Groups feature and love the possibilities of how automated we can make the system using them. One feature request that I believe would be helpful would be the capacity to filter out groups when creating training campaigns so you could for instance have this scenario I was hoping to achieve:
-I've created a Smart Group called "SG-Low Risk Users", the criteria for this group are users that have existed for at least 6 months, and have not clicked any test in the last 12 months
-My goal is to reward low risk behavior by making their training only require accepting our AUP, and perhaps taking a micro-module
-To do that during our training campaigns I want to create a global training campaign requiring a 30 minute module assigned to the All Users group, unless you are in the SG-Low Risk Users group in which case you are exempt. I would then create a separate campaign for those users with the minimal training.
I also attempted to try this by creating a smart group of everyone who is not in the SG-Low Risk Users group, but I noticed you cannot use Smart Groups as a criteria when creating other smart groups (I'm guessing this is due to a risk of causing some sort of recursive infinite loop or something like that).
If this would be possible it would definitely assist in a situation like this!
