We set up new hires in our organization sometimes a week or two before their start date. With the AD Sync tool, these users are quickly getting synced over to KnowBe4 and then subsequently being added to our primary training course well before they start employment. As a result of "Automatically enroll users that are added to the above groups in the future", their allowable time to complete training is often reduced.
So, exploring some options:
1) change the sync tool from 6 hrs to weekly to slow down the account creation
2) extend the allowed duration of the campaign
3) add an option alongside "automatically enroll" to delay enrollment by x number of days/weeks
I've done option 2 for now, but option 3 would be ideal because then their welcome email would come in more timely instead of being at the bottom of their inbox.
Any other suggestions?
