White label "Non PST" campaigns

Hi,

 

It would be great if the Not PST campaigns like Scam of the Week, Security Hint and Tips, etc. were white label templates that we could add our own headers and footers to like we can with training emails.

While it is nice for you to have staff see your name, the reality I have found is that when it comes from "Some company called KnowBe4" they are treated as spam and aren't even read which sort of defeats the purpose of sending the messages! If I send them to staff, I have to take the text and rebrand it to our company look and feel so that people will pay more attention.

What would be best is if those emails had a variable data field(s) that allowed us to add a header and footer to the message. This way the logo could be ours (or removed entirely) and we could include our security team contact info at the bottom instead of the knowbe4 team signature.

For example, if I could customize the footer, the latest Phish of the week email would end with:

Always remember: "When in doubt, submit to security using Phish Alert"

Don't be fooled. Think Before You Click.

Our company Security Team signature

Instead of:

Always remember: "When in doubt, throw it out!"

  Is there any update on this? It is a common requirement and not a nice to have to brand these to the internal security program of the organization.

  Thank you for posting. While I do not have any insight into if this will be implemented I have gone ahead and submitted a feature request for this on your behalf as well. I can definitely see why this would be needed.
