Awareness Training Content
Hello,
We really would love to see more interactive, gamified security awareness training content. We get really good feedback from executives when we use this type of training and when the trainings are short, efficient and fun. I think breaking up content into little targeted, interactive bits is going to be the best way to go in general to keep the enduser engaged and make most efficient use of their time. Then organizations can string these short bits together for training campaigns in a more flexible way.
In my opinion, using games and animation, versus human talking heads, is also more engaging. The new "Danger Zone" game and "Tweet or Delete" games are good examples of the type of content I'm talking about, but I think the KB4 platform needs a lot more of this kind of thing and less of the long-form trainings and dramatic videos, which to me, feel very low-budget and not particular impactful. Forgive me, but I'm going to be super blunt here as well and suggest that the platform would be better off without all of the Kevin Mitnick content. I just don't feel he comes off as particularly relatable or engaging in anything I've seen.
Thanks, Mark
