End of Life for AIDA Beta in 2022

Starting on June 9, 2022, we will begin the process of retiring our AIDA Beta feature. The AIDA Beta tab will then be removed from KMSAT by August 2, 2022. See below for more information.

Why is AIDA Beta Being Retired?

AIDA Beta was the first feature to use our Artificial Intelligence Driven Agent (AIDA) technology. Since the initial release of this feature, we have made significant improvements to our AIDA technology and will continue developing new features that use AIDA. Based on the data that we gathered from the AIDA Beta, we were able to improve the AI model that we now use in our AIDA Selected Phishing Templates and AIDA Recommended Optional Learning. As this feature is retired, we want you to check out our newer AIDA features.

What is KnowBe4’s Plan?

As of June 9, 2022, you will no longer be able to create new AIDA campaigns but you will still have access to your current campaigns. By August 2, 2022, the AIDA Beta tab will be removed from your KMSAT console.

What Should My Organization Do?

We recommend that you stop any existing AIDA campaigns and that you retrieve any information you need from the AIDA Beta tab before the tab is removed. To stop a campaign, click the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the campaign that you want to stop and select Stop.
