Reset TrainingCenter Password

Things happen and sometimes you need to update or reset your password. Here are the steps to reset your password if you:

• Forgot your Password
• Need to Reset Your Password
• Need to Reset Another User's Password

Forgot Password

If a user does not remember their password, they should use the Forgot Password link on the Sign-In page to reset it. 

Located: TrainingCenter Sign-In page (https://www.mptrainingcenter.com)

1. From the Sign-In page, click on Forgot your password.
   
2. Enter your username or email address.
   
3. If the username/email address exists, then an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. This link will expire in 48 hours.
   
4. After clicking the link, enter a New Password and Confirm New Password, then click Update Password.
   • Passwords need to be at least 8 characters long. TrainingCenter supports alphanumeric characters and symbols. 
     
5. Your password is updated and you will be signed into TrainingCenter.

Reset Your Password

If you know your password but would like to update it, you can reset your password through Edit Profile. 

Located: 👤 (User Link in top right) --> Edit Profile --> Reset Password

1. Navigate to Edit Profile and click on the Reset Password link at the bottom left of the page. 
   

2. Enter your Current Password, your New Password, and Confirm New Password.

   • Passwords need to be at least 8 characters long. TrainingCenter supports alphanumeric characters and symbols.
     

3. Click Reset and your password will be updated.

Reset Another User's Password

If a TrainingCenter User does not have an email (they only have a username) but is locked out of TrainingCenter, you can reset their password for them. 

Located: Site Management --> Users --> Menu Icon

1. Navigate to Users in Site Management and click on either the Username or the Action button to access the User Information.

2. Click on Reset Password.

3. Enter a New Password and Confirm New Password.

   • Passwords need to be at least 8 characters long. TrainingCenter supports alphanumeric characters and symbols. 
     

4. Click Reset and the password will be updated.
