The last thing you want to have is an unappealing course. Your corporate communications or marketing department will probably provide guidance around the logo you should use and the exact color of any background to use with that logo. However, if they haven't, here are our recommendations:
- Upload a Default logo: Under Manage Logo you can add your default site logo which is automatically branded on all your content.
- Add your logo: On the Brand step of CourseEditor, for both Pragmatic and Paradigm content, you can also add your logo. We prefer a PNG file, but you can use other file formats. The preferred total image size is 205pixels (height) by 482pixels (width), but the tool will provide some resizing.
- Choose your colors: If you have an exact hex code for your company color, you can paste it directly in the Background color box, and then select a color in the Text color box. You can also click the color box to use a standard color selection tool. Or you can visit this website, which lets you load, preview, and identify a color from an existing logo. Then it gives you the hex code to paste into CourseEditor.
Your MediaPRO Project Manager will advise you if they think there is an issue that might cause your course to fail a test for color-blind legibility. Don’t hesitate to experiment, though, and please, always get an approved logo and color choice for your final course.
