Creating an Account
To view articles about features that are currently in beta, you will need to create a Knowledge Base account. See below for more information on how to create a Knowledge Base account.
- Navigate to https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us.
- Click the Sign in button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Click Sign up next to the “New to KnowBe4?” text.
- Enter your name and the email address you want to use.
- Click the Sign up button.
You will receive an email with a link and details on how to create a password.
Logging In to the Knowledge Base
See below for information on how to log in to our Knowledge Base so that you can access beta articles.
- Navigate to https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us.
- Click the Sign in button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Once you’ve entered your login information, beta articles will now be visible.
Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, see the information below on how to reset the password for your Knowledge Base account.
- Navigate to https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us.
- Click the Sign in button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Click Forgot my password.
- Enter your email address and click Submit.
If your email is registered with a valid Knowledge Base account, you will receive an email with a link and details on how to reset your password.
