Granting Compliance Experts Access to the KnowBe4 Console
Compliance Plus is a ModStore add-on option for current KnowBe4 customers with a KMSAT subscription. Compliance Plus content gives your users the tools they need to help mitigate compliance risks.
To be sure you are using the best content for your organization, work closely with your HR department and other compliance experts in your organization. We recommend setting up a security role that allows your compliance experts to search for Compliance Plus content as well as create and monitor compliance training campaigns. Once your compliance experts have access to the KnowBe4 console, they can use the article How Do I Use Compliance Plus Content? as a guide. Use the links below to get started.

Creating User Groups for Compliance Training
For best results, we recommend creating two user groups:
- One group that only includes your compliance experts.
- This group will be used when assigning the security role.
- One group that only includes the users who should be enrolled in the compliance campaign. Be sure to name it something easy for your compliance expert to find, such as “Compliance Trainees”.
- If all of your users must complete the compliance training, you do not need to create this group.
For more detailed instructions, see our How Do I Create a New Group? article.
