Activating and Accessing Your Account
If you have never logged in to the KCM GRC platform, once your administrator has created an account for you, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your account (click to view example).
If you did not receive this email, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder. If you don't see the email there, reach out to your KCM GRC administrator and request that they resend the activation email.
Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account. Then, create and confirm your password.
- If you are not prompted to create a password, your administrator may have set up Single Sign-On/SAML for your KCM GRC platform. See the next section for details.
Account Activation and Access With Single Sign-On/SAML
When activating your account, if your organization has configured SAML/Single Sign-on (SSO) access to KCM GRC, after you enter your activation code, you will not have to create a password. Instead, you will be automatically logged in to your account.
Account activation is a one-time action. To log in to your account going forward, navigate to your organization's KCM GRC login page, and then click the Single Sign On button (shown below) instead of entering an email address and password.
Once you've clicked the Single Sign On button, you may be prompted to log in to your organization's internal authentication system before you can access your account. If you're still having trouble accessing your account, please contact your administrator or our Support team.
How Do I Reset My Password?
From the login page of your organization's account, click the Forgot Password? link. Then, enter your email address and click the Send Email button.
You will receive an email that contains a link and a code that you will use to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email. Then, create and confirm your new password.
