Managing Email Templates
In your Account Management console, you can view, edit, and categorize phishing templates. You can use our system templates or create your own. To get started, navigate to Phishing > Email Templates in your console.
If you've never built a template before, we recommend that you start by editing one of our built-in templates. First, click System Templates under the Email Templates subtab. Then, click on the name of a template and use the editor to customize it to your liking. Once saved, this edited template will be added to the Managed Templates section.
You can also create your own custom phishing template by clicking + Create Phishing Template on the Managed Templates section under the Email Templates subtab.
To access customized phishing templates in your managed accounts, they must be added to a managed category. You can categorize a template by selecting the check box next to the template name, choosing a category from the options that display at the top of the screen, and clicking Move.

Tip: You can also export email templates you've created and import them to specific managed accounts. You can use this feature if you want to add certain templates to only specific accounts or if one of your accounts makes a template you would like to use in other accounts.
