You have the option to install our Hybrid Phish Alert Button (PAB) on a single machine with an Outlook Web Access (OWA) account. This installation method is compatible with Outlook 2013, 2016, 2019, and Microsoft 365.

To install the Hybrid PAB on a single machine with Outlook, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your OWA account.
2. Located in the top-right of the screen, click the gear icon to open the Settings pane.
3. Under Settings, select Manage add-ins.

   

4. Beneath the Add-Ins tab, select My add-ins on the left side of the screen.
5. Click the + Add a custom add-in drop-down menu and select the Add from file... option.

   

6. Choose the O365Manifest.xml or ExchangeManifest.xml file downloaded from your KnowBe4 Account Settings. Then, click the Open button.
7. In the Warning pop-up window that opens, click Install.

   

8. Once installed, close and reopen Outlook Web Access for the PAB to display in your account.
