Obtaining Email Headers From Your Email Client
If you're having issues with whitelisting KnowBe4's phishing tests routing to your Junk or Spam folder, you will want to analyze the headers to see what may be causing this. Knowing how to analyze headers is also extremely useful when a real phishing attack makes it past your filters.
MXToolbox and Applied Innovations have compiled a database of common mail clients and how you can obtain the headers on your email in each. Remember, when analyzing headers you should look at them from the original mail client they were received in. Forwarded messages will not contain the information you need.
