Hiding Phishing Templates and Template Categories
To make it easier to find your favorite templates and template categories when you set up phishing campaigns, you can hide unnecessary phishing template categories as well as individual templates. These templates and categories will not be used in your phishing campaign as long as they're hidden before the campaign starts.

Hiding a Phishing Template Category
To hide a phishing template category, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your KMSAT console.
- Navigate to Phishing > Email Templates.
- Select either My Templates or System Templates to find the template category you would like to hide.
- Navigate to the My Categories or System Categories area.
- Hover over the template count to the right of the category name, and a Hide Category toggle will display.
- Click this toggle to hide the category. Once hidden, the category will no longer display in your list of phishing template categories.
To unhide a phishing template category, follow the steps below:
- Click the Show Hidden Items toggle at the top of the page.
- Navigate to the My Categories or System Categories area.
- Hover over the template count to the right of the category name you would like to unide, and the Show Category toggle will display.
- Click this toggle to unhide the category.
Hiding an Individual Phishing Template
To hide an individual phishing template, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your KMSAT console.
- Navigate to Phishing > Email Templates.
- Select either My Templates or Systems Templates to find the template you would like to hide.
- On the right side of the template, click the Hide Template toggle. Once hidden, the template with no longer display in your list of templates.
To unhide an individual phishing template, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Show Hidden Items toggle at the top of the page.
- Navigate to the individual template you would like to unhide.
- Click the Show Template toggle to unhide the template.
