If clicks are not being recorded on your phishing tests, you may have a firewall or proxy which is blocking your users from accessing the phishing campaign's landing page.
Users must be able to access your phishing campaign landing page in order for clicks to be tracked. If you are experiencing issues with clicks not being tracked in your reports and you are also using a firewall or proxy, let our support team know by submitting a support ticket. They can provide you with a list of domains you can whitelist in your firewall or proxy to allow your users' web browsers access.
Whitelisting these domains will make sure that clicks will be recorded and that users will be able to view the landing page you've designated for that campaign.
