Experiencing Problems with Taking a Training Module?
If you're having problems with a training course, it could be caused by a browser or system-related issue. Below are some basic steps that you can take that may help:
Step 1. Try a different browser. If this isn't possible, please move on to Step 2.
Step 2. Go into your browser settings and clear your browser cache.
Step 3. Restart your computer.
Step 4. Try to access training again and see if the issue occurs.

Is the training course playing without sound?
If your training module is playing with no sound, first ensure that your computer's volume isn't low or muted; then check to see if the browser tab is muted.
Still no sound?
Try pausing your training module, then playing that section again.
