My "Scam of the Week" and "Security Hints and Tips" Emails Are Being Blocked or Marked as Dangerous
If your Scam of the Week and Security Hints and Tips messages are being flagged or blocked in your mail client or anti-spam service, this is most likely caused by the "open" tracking image we place in each email which tracks when the email was opened.
You can turn this "open tracking" feature off by disabling it in your Account Settings in your KnowBe4 account. This will also prevent email opens from being tracked as part of your phishing tests (don't worry--vulnerable behavior from your employees, such as clicking links or opening attachments, will STILL be tracked).
How to Turn Off Open Tracking
1) Access the Account Settings area after logging into your account. To do so, click your email address on the top-right, then click "Account Settings".
2) Scroll to the "Phishing" header, and click the checkbox next to "Disable open tracking".
3) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Update Account Info" to save your setting.
