How Do I Configure SSO/SAML with OneLogin?
The below steps will allow you configure single sign-on with OneLogin SSO. This will enable your users to automatically sign-in to KnowBe4 for their security awareness training.
You'll need a OneLogin subscription to follow the steps below. For additional assistance, review OneLogin's documentation.
First, add KnowBe4 from the Apps tab.
- Log in to your OneLogin account. In the Apps tab, click Add Apps.
- In the search box, type in KnowBe4, and then click on the KnowBe4 SAML 2.0 app.
- Name the app, then click the Save button on the top-right.
Next, obtain your KnowBe4 SSO Sign In URL.

Obtain your unique SSO Sign In URL by completing the following steps:

Log in to your KnowBe4 account.

Click on your email address on the top-right and click Account Settings.

Scroll down to the SAML section and expand the SAML Settings tab.

Copy your unique SSO Callback (ACS) URL.

Finally, configure your single sign-on.
- On the Configuration tab of the OneLogin console, paste the Callback URL that you copied from your KnowBe4 Account Settings and click the Save button on the top-right.
- Click the SSO tab of your OneLogin console and gather the below information:
- SAML 2.0 Endpoint (HTTP) URL
- SHA-1 fingerprint (Click View Details under the X.509 Certificate)
- SAML 2.0 Endpoint (HTTP) URL
- Follow the instructions listed in this article to complete the setup.
- Click the Users tab to add the users or groups that you'd like to enable KnowBe4 SSO for. Click the Save button on the top-right once you're finished.
